THE UTILITY BOARD OF THE CITY OF KEY WEST, FLORIDA d/b/a Keys Energy Services (“KEYS”), hereby provides notice to vendors of its informal solicitation for Property and Casualty Insurance Risk Consulting Services.
Responses to the informal solicitation for Property and Casualty Risk Consulting Services will be accepted by KEYS electronically until 10:00AM on March 6, 2026.

A Bid Review Advisory Committee Meeting will be held on Wednesday, November 19, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. in the Keys Energy Services Board Room, 1001 James Street, Key West, Florida. The Bid Review Advisory Committee is being convened for the purpose of assessing bids received in response to KEYS Bid 23-25, “Health Insurance Consulting Services”, and developing recommendations to the Utility Board. The public is welcome to attend.
